George Euson is the President of Rx Compliance, Inc. He possesses extensive knowledge in pharmaceutical regulatory compliance. Mr. Euson specializes in DEA Compliance; Due Diligence; Drug Supply Chain Security, including the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA); VAWD accreditation; Security, Compliance and Safety audits; and Training.
Mr. Euson is a former Law Enforcement Officer, and served in supervisory and investigative roles. He is the former Corporate Director of Compliance and Security for two (2) national pharmaceutical wholesale distributors. Mr. Euson was also the former Chief Compliance Officer for a leading pharmaceutical service provider.
During his career in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Euson was responsible for developing and implementing DEA and PDMA Policies and Procedures; Compliance, Security and Safety policies; Suspicious Order Monitoring systems and procedures; Due Diligence programs, including site inspections; VAWD accreditations; Assessments, Audits and Investigations; and all associated Training programs.
Mr. Euson is Board Certified as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) through the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), and served as Chairperson on the ASIS Pharmaceutical Security Council. He is currently a member of the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators (NADDI) and the Pharmaceutical Cargo Security Coalition (PCSC). He is a former member of the Healthcare Distribution Management Association (HDMA) and served on the State Government Affairs and Regulatory Affairs Committees.
Mr. Euson has presented and conducted prescription drug abuse training for pharmaceutical wholesale distributors, police departments, and other industry associations. He has presented on Due Diligence practices to State Drug Control Agencies, DEA and Assistant U. S. Attorneys.
Mr. Euson holds a BA from Columbia College (Columbia, MO), and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Maryville University (St. Louis, MO).
Jack Crowley is a Senior Associate with Rx Compliance, Inc., with extensive knowledge in the management of controlled substance medications and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Crowley is a former U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) supervisory investigator who currently provides counsel, training, and other services to a variety of clients involved with the manufacturing, distribution, and dispensing of controlled substance medications.
During his nearly 29-year tenure with the DEA, Mr. Crowley was frequently sought by pharmaceutical industry officials, professional health care groups and associations, and DEA registrants to resolve complex matters federal regulations related to controlled substances. At the DEA, he served in a number of positions including Supervisory Investigator and Diversion Program Manager in the New England Field Division in Boston, and Staff Coordinator and Chief of the International Drug Unit in the Office of Diversion Control.
Following his DEA career, Mr. Crowley launched a consulting firm and subsequently served for 10 years as Executive Director, Controlled Substances Act Compliance, for Purdue Pharma L.P., devoting his energies to developing, implementing and monitoring compliance standards for controlled substances at all U.S. sites of Purdue and its associated companies.
Mr. Crowley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and financial management services from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. He is a veteran of the United States Army.
Mr. Barnard has over seventeen years of experience in the field of diversion of controlled substance pharmaceuticals in both the private and public safety/law enforcement arenas.
As a founding member of the San Diego Regional Pharmaceutical Narcotics Enforcement Team, (SD RxNET) he gained national recognition as part of a team award by the Office of National Drug Control Policy for innovation in the area of diversion investigations and education.
The California Attorney General also recognized SD RxNET for its innovation and multi-dimensional approach to diversion issues.
After retiring from San Diego Police Department in 2007, he has worked in the field of Medicare Fraud as a Part D Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Investigator, and as a Regional Compliance Manager, for a national pharmaceutical wholesale distributor.
Mr. Barnard is a current member of the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators (NADDI), and former California NADDI Chapter Board Member.
